CD-3 is incorrectly listed as the vocalized 2003 reissue "Breathing (Airwave)", including credits for lyrics & vocals, but is actually the instrumental from 2000.
CD-12 doesn't contain vocals, although the booklet contains a credit for Karin Nagi.
