This first edition was never issued with obi. Just a small hype sticker on shrink wrap indicating "Limited edition of 1998 copies". The CD's come in a jewel case with a 12-page booklet.
Later reissued (24-bit digitally remastered) in 2008, in a cardboard paper sleeve package with obi and slightly different layouts. Also has the different catalog # TXC-004-005.
