There are two completely different test pressing sets. One was made in Italy but due to various delays the whole order was withdrawn so only the test pressings exist. You can tell them by the wrong catalog number on the dead wax: NPR20 and by the white back cover. For some strange reason, 5 of them have a big hole, the other 5 have a small hole.
The other set is the actual test pressing of the whole repress and it was made in Germany. It bears the correct catalog number stamped on the dead wax: NPR21 and has black back cover. All copies have a small hole. (this)
