The LP was given away free with every bottle of Izarra sold during the promotional period. It is likely that this Izarra edition was never available commercially.
Izarra means star in the Basque language, hence the star in the logo on the back cover.
Original pressings come with an inner sleeve in Dutch and French [see images].
