track 1: "Recorded at the Urban Lounge where the other 3 bands played for over an hour each and we played at the end. And I think they were all-girl bands which was cool. I couldn't tell. And I used my new Theremin with the built in special effects."

track 4: "Sometimes if you play at Urban Lounge, they leave the green room unlocked, and it's so peaceful in there and it closes with a deadbolt so you have to very deliberate when you close the door. They remodeled a lot of things in that club, plus got a new rounded couch that goes in the corner in there. And chris got a new sound system that cost thousands, thousands, thousands, thousands, and thousands upon thousands of dollars. And to make this recording, I was able to borrow a mic cable from the blue crate that is still there. You think they could afford a wall mounted cable dispenser."
