Citadel Of Tephra is the 6th release of Arecibo Records composed and produced by Red Fog, an atmospheric ambient project which aims to translate and convert subconscious ephemeral states of mind into hazy aural pieces through the use of dense drones, sustained morphing sounds, deep synthesized atmospheres and manipulated field recordings.
The record has a mysterious, yet lush feel to it, with highly expressive sound design and masterly crafted composition that make it shine with its own light and rise above the rest of the crowded Ambient scene.
