A5 appeared on the Red Monkey / Submission Hold split (2000)
It's implied that A6, B4 & B5 are previously unreleased versions (but A6 was on the Fields And Streams compilation (2002))

Additionally, "Weight Of Should" (from The Time Is Right) & "Alt Ed" (from the Erase Errata / Red Monkey split (2003)) are listed on the LP jacket, but only appear on the digital version.
