This version is a BMG Direct club edition that was glass mastered and pressed by Cinram, Richmond, IN.
The glass master contains the Mastering SID Code "L388" and the glass master catalog number begins with "D"
so according to the Cinram, Richmond, IN profile we can assume the glass master for this release was generated in
"L388 = D (Sept '97 to close), C (in error, during 2001)." L388 was apparently used in 2001 as well but this was most likely
glass mastered in the fall/winter of 1997.

The track durations for this release were gleaned by inserting the CD into my laptops disc drive and viewing them through iTunes. They aren't printed anywhere on the release.

The scan of the disc matrix has been flipped to not appear mirrored even though it is in fact mirrored.

Track 17 is an untitled hidden track.

Issued in a standard jewel case sporting a "PARENTAL ADVISORY EXPLICIT CONTENT" sticker attached to the front with clear CD tray and a insert booklet/poster with 2x4-panel and 16-page with lyrics, photos, poster and credits.
