Although this shares the title with a previous Regard Extrême CD (see here) from 1996, this is not a reissue, but a remake of sorts. "Re-Orchestrated, Re-Recorded, and Unreleased Tracks" as the back cover proclaims.

In fact only tracks 7 and 8 are identical to the previous release. Tracks 2 to 6 and 9 are new versions of previously released songs and track 1 is unreleased.

The inside cover claims this was "originally composed and released in 1985", which seems highly unlikely (or a typo). It's not at all backed up by the band's website.

Comes in a gatefold digifile with booklet insert.
