Regine Velasquez's fifth compilation album compiling 16 selected hits from her first 3 albums, "Regine" (1987), "Nineteen '90" (1990) and "Tagala Talaga" (1991) were collected plus 2 rare tracks not issued on any album but was only issued as an EP back in 1989 namely, "You'll Never Walk Alone" and "And I Am Telling You (I'm Not Going)" in this release.
