Authentic copies of the T.P. can be identified as they have the reversed ghost print of the following 1992 UK promo release:

At some point in the manufacturing process the paper from the blank labels were in contact with the newly printed black plate of the Ministry - N.W.O. promo labels and consequently a faint ink impression was transferred to the blanks.
Track titles are written on the label and differ slightly from the final release version.
