Recorded at A Fucked Up Joint 3/90.
Fold-over sleeve. Includes silkscreened insert with artwork, lyrics and liner notes. Dustsleeve with two stickers pasted on, one with label logo and the other with tracklist.
Tracks A3 and B3 are stated on stickers and labels as "Hendrix" and "Motorhead". Indeed those are the writers of the tracks and the songs are "Purple Haze" and "Ace Of Spades" (as noted on the lyric insert).
Side B contains a 4th track (instrumental) which is not stated on the release.
