Some copies came with additional double-sided, b/w photocopied paper j-cards with three inner flaps with lyrics for the first 6 songs.
Released on clear tapes with gold inner foil and on-body print on both sides.

"Death From The Inside" was completely recorded within the confines of NCCI Gardner State Prison on a Tascam 488 semi-pro studio recorder. Mixed down at NCCI Gardner, M.U.P., Mastered at WERS, Emerson College.

Around 500 copies in existence.
