Recorded February and March 2007 at The Red House in Turku, Finland. Mastered at Finnvox Studios, Helsinki, Finland, in April 2007.

The front cover shows the picture "The Archbishop Watches Elise In The Churchyard" by Helen Stratton, ca. 1900. The CD label is based on "Alchemical Allegory of Putrefaction" by Basil Valentine, 1659.

This release was meant to be published in a limited edition of 1000 copies, but 500 additional copies were printed (according to reliable sources in the web) to meet the demand.

Released in a j-card jewel case.
