Originally scheduled to be released in the early 2008 by the Tyrannus sub-label Emissary Records.

The band released a statement about this release reflecting their displeasure with the label:

"This man, and his label ( https://www.facebook.com/tyrannus.records/ ), did not only steal from our fans, which is the worst crime, but us as well. He took the only thing we had, our 'art', and used it for his own means. We did not get ANY money from him either, and actually did not even receive all the copies we were promised to get, but that is not the main point; what really pisses me off is that we have ALWAYS done everything we can to give our fans the best possible product, without counting our work hours, or thinking about our own profits or commercialism of any kind, and besides this sad case we have also always succeeded to do that, and then this item ruins everything. One thing is for sure: after this case I learnt to trust no one.
