First pressing:
• Unclean logo with a pig and cross on back sleeve.
• Sleeve manufactured with rounded flaps on the back.
• Folded insert with artwork on one side and lyrics on the other, including a Clint, TX contact address.
A Mordam-distributed second pressing ("An American Activity", 1987) has the later Unclean skull/spore logo and no flaps on the back; the lyrics sheet gives Mordam's San Francisco address. Left-over first pressing disks may also exist with the second sleeve and insert.
