Folder sleeve with 7"x7" lyrics insert, a Vinyl Communications flyer, and a 7"x7" sticker with the same art as the sleeve, but clearer and darker. (The stickers were normally inserted into the poly-bag in front of the actual sleeve.) See Images.
Pressed on virgin vinyl, which is somewhat translucent due to lower carbon content.
