The only Rick Ray album to include both of Rick's former bandmates from Riot Act (7)'s original lineup. The album also includes several re-recordings of old Riot Act songs. Hence, the above quote being shown in the booklet. While this wasn't actually a Riot Act reunion, as Rick is the only one of the Riot Act members playing instruments on this album, they would actually reunite in January 2000 to record their final album.
