This release has a slight title variation consisting of "Hooked On... Rock'N'Roll" (front cover), "Hooked On... Rock 'N' Roll" (back inlay) and "Hooked On Rock 'N' Roll" (artwork spines + compact disc).

It seems that there are two parts. Tracks 1 to 25 feature in the first 'mix', then tracks 26 to 50 feature in the second, both of which start and finish with the song "Roll On Rock 'N' Roll".

The tracklisting on the back inlay is not in the correct order, with 2 of the songs mis-titled and 1 missing altogether.

Although not credited, this compact disc was mixed and/or sequenced by Ricky & The Rockets.
