According to liner notes, this compilation includes 7 tracks from the album "Man From Wareika" recorded in september 1976 at Randy's and Joe Gibbs studios in Kingston. It also includes "Free Ganja" and "Africa" recording in may 1976 at Island Hammersmith Studios and some singles that were released by Island in late 70's (including Chuck Mangione's "Children Of Sanchez" and Paul Desmond's "Take 5").
