White label 12" with no artist or track listing. Although there are white labels versions circulating that have an incorrect, hand written track listing, on the centre labels.

Unlike the commercially available release this release has a Mitchbal Records catalog number etched into the runout area. It differs slightly from the edition on Chicago Connection Records in that the track listing is in a different order and all tracks play at a very slightly slower tempo. A difference of about 4BPM across all tracks.
