Tracks A1 to A4 recorded live at Maida Vale Studios, UK, January 1996.
Tracks A5 to A7 recorded live at Westway Studios, London, February 2nd, 1996.
Tracks B1 to B9 recorded live at Hitsville, Passaic, NJ on December 25, 1981 and not February 25, 1981 as stated on insert.

Plain black sleeve with a hand-numbered insert, which apparently came in a couple of different colors. Limited to 300 copies.

Repressed in 2009 with different insert sheet on Plan 69.
