• A photocopy of a signed photo dedicated to Roky from "Freddy" (Robert Englund)

Inner sleeve says: "The friends of Roky Erickson members only record number one".
Side A contains a live recording from River City, Fairfax, California, 9 December 1975.
Side B contains an interview with Roky talking about his influences in music.
