Two CD set in jewel case with clear tray and obi. Four page cover insert includes uncredited liner notes in English. An additional four page insert includes a translation of these notes in Japanese plus an illustrated list of other titles in the Alive The Live series.

Note the traycard has different catalog and barcode numbers to the obi, however the disc matrices include the Japanese catalog numbers.
Discs pressed in Taiwan. Obi states "Import disc domestic specifications".
