Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J. address printed on bottom of back cover, different from first cover issued with price and New Jazz on back cover here: Roy Haynes, Phineas Newborn Jr., Paul Chambers - We Three, but the vinyl is the exact same deep groove purple/silver label issue.

The last "B" in the A-side runout is stamped sideways, and the last "A" in the B-side runout is stamped sideways.
