"The 50 minute track on this CD is an adaptation of a multi-channel sound installation, inspired by the tuning of an orchestra prior to a performance. It contains contributions from 152 musicians, who each recorded an ‘A’. These recordings were played in continuous loops and positioned to form a virtual orchestra. Visitors could literally walk through this ‘orchestra’ from one instrument group to the other. This album arranges this experience as a standalone stereo track." - back cover
