The vinyl version is quite different to the CD version of A Lizard Is A Submarine On Grass. It has a different running order: 7 tracks less than the CD (8 tracks from the cd are not included, but it has 1 exclusive) and most of the common tracks appear in different mixes and/or arrangements. The exclusive vinyl track (A12), is a cover version of Wire's "Outdoor Miner" which is credited to "someone in a band called Wire".

Recorded in a cellar and in a flat June/July 1991.
