Second cat.nr. (LPX 10121) on cover, front and back - the mono version.
The same cover was apparently used for both Stereo and Mono versions.

There doesn't appear to be anyway to determine whether you were getting a Mono record or a Stereo record without removing the record from the cover to look at it.
