This album was released by several labels. This particular version was released by Nirwana (2), and an early press version from Nirwana Records. Because as you can see on the cover, the original label name that was printed on the cover is "ABC Records", but crossed and changed with "Nirwana"

The track list of this version also appears to be printed in the wrong order and with an extra song that's not included in the album. But corrected by crossing the track numbers and crossing the un-included track. This issue was later corrected on the next pressings by reprinting the whole cover with the correct track list and label name.
