Issued in a black, die-cut, cardboard sleeve with a 7" style, vinyl imprint, black CD (both sides).
The package as a whole is made to look like an old style, vinyl, 7" single.

A small batch of these were defective, where the top layer of the cd peeled off.

The actual title of the release is nowhere to be found on the CD. The only mention of the title is on the artist's label's website.
