Released in a jewel case with a black CD tray, a 12-page front cover booklet, and a 1-sided back cover tray insert.
Some copies of this version, the artwork was printed on glossy heavier stock paper for the front cover and back cover insert and thinner paper for the inside pages and had an additional Mute catalog insert.
While other copies were printed on a heavier stock semi-gloss paper for the covers and inside pages giving the silver ink a more matte appearance.
