Black-and-white xerox sleeve variation, hand-numbed out of 100 made. Front and back have same design, reproducing the art from the front of the regular version, but placed further up on the sleeve, with a Circuit Records logo below. Sleeve is crudely hand-cut and the fold is on top instead of the bottom. This was probably a pre-release sleeve from before the regular sleeve was ready, possibly promo-only.
