Found in a bargain bin at a DC record store. I haven't been able to find any information on this release. Sabal Palmetto is the state tree of Florida and Sabal Park happens to be an apartment complex in Tampa. It's unlikely there's any connection but I haven't been able to find anything else. No artist info or contact information was in the case.If you know anything about this project, please contact me.
