This edition of the release was issued with a cover made of two separate, differently-colored pieces of cardstock with alternative cover art. The graveyard background was screen-printed on brown recycled cardstock, with lyrics printed on the reverse. The back cover is made of white cardstock with song list and label info printed on, as well as a small printed gravestone flap that folds over the graveyard background. Vinyl is the same as with all other editions. Each copy was individually hand-numbered /25 with a unique message (e.g. "say goodbye").

Includes a label insert on dark red cardstock advertising future Witching Hour releases.

Mastering (lacquer processing) company uncredited, identified by the matrix numbers.
