Label: Anvil Creations

While Dave Vosh had been performing in Baltimore and the District of Columbia for some time, Ken Moore had not played in front of a live audience since leaving the electronic music scene in the early eighties. The two of them began this collaboration in 2012, and have continued to play on an annual basis throughout the remainder of the decade.

After handing out complementary CDs to the attendees at this premier concert event, they continued to work together via email, and have released six albums together as Safe Creations in the following eight years. They arrived at the name Safe Creations since Dave had been playing live as Safe 2, and Ken has always been recording at Anvil Creations Studio. To see the two of them perform together was always a special occasion, and not one that was seen very often.

Taking into account, most people have not experienced this spectacle, ACS thought it best to expose the rare opportunities missed, and offer the available recordings that have been made over the five year span this release represents. The duo did two shows in 2013, one in D.C., and another the very next day, in Baltimore. After that, Ken began to regularly attend the annual e-fest at the National Electronics Museum in Linthicum, Maryland. After their show there in 2014, they added a special third person to their presentation, and Daniel Barbiero joined them on his double bass in 2015 and 2016.
