This is the second pressing of the album with the correct blood color and uncut title.
The first pressing Samhain - Live 85-86 features artwork with orange blood and parts of the title 'Live 85-86' cut off on the right side.

Issued in a standard jewel case with a 4-page booklet.
Initially released as part of the Samhain - Samhain Box Set in a cardboard sleeve in September 2000 with a different sleeve design featuring the same live photos.
