There are two main elements to this album: flute playing, delayed, and the looped ambient sounds gathered from Hayao Miyazaki's 1997 film, Princess Mononoke.

Ambient sound ripped from a Studio Ghibli DVD. A Flashback X4 was used for delay and looping, and the octaving came from a Nano-POG. Recorded, mixed, and mastered using Audacity.
