All music and lyrics by Sara Parkman & Hampus Norén except for "Förgäves Uppå Stigen" (traditional by Lena Willemark) and "Kyrie" (a gregorian melody from the 10th century). The lyrics to "Ing-Maries vals" are written together with Jonas Gren. Recorded 2018-2019 in: Studio Näckenbäck [By kyrkby], Studio Navet [Stockholm], Massia Platform [Estonia], EMS [Stockholm], Nordingrå kyrka [Nordingrå].
