Fifth edition of 875 copies.Letterpress-printed cover with eight different color variations, machine-numbered 4001-4875. Virtually all of the edition was printed with the second run printed upside down so that elements that were originally meant to appear on the front were printed on the back, and vice versa. Labels, inner sleeve, and reply card were also printed letterpress. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion.
