An unknown quantity of left-over Second Edition sleeves were combined with Third Edition disks and the 1984 copyright notice insert, with a differently-formatted mechanical numbering system on the back sleeve: "990###". (The example in Images is stamped 990069, or #69 of this version.)
The folded insert is the same as other editions.

Original version of "O Andonis" from the soundtrack by Mikis Theodorakis of the Costa Gavras film "Z". Four and one quarter cents per record pressed are being sent to the Harry Fox Agency in New York City as a royalty payment for the right to record and release said piece.
