Test press from the 4th edition pressed in March of 1987, with Tabb Rex Enterprises Record Production Services Test Pressing labels. Side A has Savage Republic "First Anniversary of the Establishment of the Republic" postage stamp with an ink stamped cancellation on top. B-side has various rubber stamp markings which may include: a Savage Republic logo ink stamping in red, plus the word "Postage" stamped in blue, or an Independent Project Records return address rubber stamp in red and a "Made In U.S.A." rubber stamp in blue. Comes in a white innersleeve ink stamped with a picture of a building at top in blue, and with the IPR address at bottom in grey/black.21 copies pressed.
