Third CD edition of 200 copies.
These were made using a new CD pressing with redesigned label artwork plus 200 remaindered letterpress-printed die-cut Discfolio packages originally printed for the World Domination UK release. 500 additional covers were printed for the WDUK release in 1995 and held back by IPR for future use. When it was obvious that World Domination was not going to be using them the covers were overprinted with IPR's Sedona mailing address and original US catalog number, and were sequentially numbered #3501-4000. The World Domination address and catalog number were crossed out with this overprinting as well. 300 copies were made and sold this way by IPR (the second edition) using leftover discs from the first edition (#'s 3501-3800). In 2019 IPR created a new pressing of 1000 discs with new label artwork, as shown here. The first 200 of those discs were then packaged in the remaining Discfolio covers (#3801-4000) after an additional overprint run was done on the back panel, crossing out the IPR Sedona address and adding the current IPR Bishop address and logo.

Additional folding insert with images and credits, plus a small insert with band photo were also included in this new pressing (same inserts as were used in the previous 2nd edition CD).
