Letterpress-printed die-cut cover machine-numbered 0001-1200. Includes four two-color photocopy inserts. The first 500 copies in the edition were pressed on color vinyl and packaged in covers printed on a different color card stock, the rest of the edition on black vinyl. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion.

The tracks on this EP are early, alternate mixes of songs appearing on the (then) forthcoming album Incident At Cima.

Recorded in the Los Angeles area during 1993.
