Tracks 28 & 29 are from the band's first demo tape. "In The Hospital" also appeared on the "Blame And Burn" 7" compilation from Flush Records, released in 1991.

Tracks 30-39 are previously unreleased recordings.

Tracks 1-27 recorded on June 13, 1987.
All other tracks recorded at various periods throughout 1986-1988.
