Comprises all songs from Weed Forestin (tracks 1-22), sixteen from The Freed Man, and two new songs, "Little Man" and "Submarine". "Stop the Wheel" is the same song as "Mothra" on The Freed Man.

Track 16 consists of two separate songs; the approximate durations have been obtained manually.
Track 38 is a Beatles cover. While its full title is listed inside the booklet, the rear cover simply lists it as "Submarine."

Writing credits for tracks from "The Freed Man" have been obtained from outside sources, as this version of the release only lists them as "songs by Lou or Eric."

Catalog number "HMS158-2" on spine. Catalog number "hms158-2" on booklet rear panel and disc face.

No durations are printed on the release.
