Original pressing of 1000 units in 2004 was withdrawn when the band rejected the sleeve artwork (illustrated with live photos) and put into storage. The CD was repressed but with new sleeve artwork that matches the 7" sleeve.

During the band's 2008 UK tour a small quantity of the originally withdrawn pressing was located (approx 200 copies) and these were given away or sold at gigs. A few more were sold at European shows in 2008/9.
Same disc artwork as official. Unusually the disc insert is on left side of front sleeve.
