Housed in sealed slipcase, the cassette, J-card, and plastic case comes drenched in the band members' blood. A double-edged razor blade is attached to the front of the J-card and the band name as well as the album title is carved into the shell of the cassette. The first few copies come with a mini-poster drawn by the late Wretch.

There are two different variants of the inner artwork of the J-card distributed at random. One comes with the lyrics with a dark grey background while the other comes only with the title "SEPTISEMESIS" with no lyrics and a black background.

Limited to an undisclosed number of copies.
