The title of the release is "Slave Of Pain" on the front cover and in the booklet and "Slaves Of Pain" on the back cover and on the spine.

Track 8 is misspelled as "Slave Of Pain" on the release.
Track 15 is mistitled as "Inner Self" on the release.

Tracks 1-14 recorded live at Aardschokdag Festival, Rijnhal, Arnhem, Netherlands, April 12, 1992 (the correct date!!!).
The recording of the show is incomplete, missing the first two songs ("Arise" and "Inner Self") and the last encore ("Policia").
