Side A recorded, produced and mixed at Eternity Studios, Örebro, June/July 1995.

Side B recorded June/July 1994, except "Final Spasm" recorded March 1994 at Octoberland Studios.

Self-released cassette. A1, A3 & A5 were later included on the debut album, but A2 & A4 remain exclusive to this release. Side B is subtitled "Old Goldies" and contains a selection of tracks from their first self-released demo "The Sum Of All Fears" (1994).

Submission, Present Decay (later Velvet Dream) and To Live Is Regret are demo versions that differs a lot from how they ended up on Embracing The Unknown.
