Membership version in a regular grey box of 600 hand-numbered editions is packed up in a laundry-bag.
It comes with a 16 page LP-size booklet and a T-Shirt.

An anthology of the earliest recordings made by Severed Heads and its members under various names. The following notes chart where these tracks first appeared.

* Tracks A1-A7 are from Ear Bitten / No Vowels, No Bowels. A3 appears there as "Hawaii / Torso / 97 Cigarettes". A7 is not listed on the sleeve (nor was it listed on the original release). It has been known over the years as "?" or "This Track Doesn't Exist" or "This Track Doesn't Belong Here". One of the flyers for 'Ear Bitten' reproduced in the booklet included with 'Adenoids' shows another early title ("2:00") which closely matches the length of the track.

* Tracks B1 and B5 are from the compilation cassette Mysterious Kitchens. B1 appears there as "Saving Souls", and B5 appears there as "Axe Murderers".

* Tracks B2, B4, B7, I1, J4 are previously unreleased.

* Tracks B3, B8, B9 are edits of the versions found on Side 2.

* Track B6 is an edit of the version found on the 1988 re-issue of Many A Wonderful Picnic Has Been Ruined By Blubberknife.

* Tracks C1 through C6, and D2 through D5 are from the original 1981 release of Clean.

* Tracks D1, F1, F4 are from the 2005 re-issue of Clean.

* Tracks E1 through E9 are from "Side 3" (Terse Tapes), long thought to be lost forever until a cassette copy was found in time for the release of this collection.

* Tracks F2 and F3 are edits of the versions found on the 2005 re-issue of Clean. F3 appears there as "50 Hz".

* Tracks F5, F6, F7 were first released on the 1995 DAT-only re-issue of 'Clifford Darling, Please Don't Live in the Past' (Sevcom).

* Tracks F8, G6, I4, J3 were first released in 1998 on 'Severything (v2.0.2)' (Sevcom) -- an evolving collection of nearly all Severed Heads tracks released up to that time. However, the sleeve lists track G6 as being previously unreleased. G6 appears there as "Anthem 84b", I4 appears there as "A Catalogue of White Goods", and J3 appears there as "Follow My Way".

* Tracks G1, G4, J6 were first released in 1996 on 'Severything (v1.1)' (Sevcom). However, the sleeve lists tracks G1 and G4 as being from '80s Cheesecake'. They did indeed appear on the 2002 re-issue of 80's Cheesecake. G1 appears there as "Anthem".

* Track G2 is a slight edit of the version found on the compilation Entrave Et Étouffement, From Australia....

* Track G3 is from Snappy Carrion, though the sleeve indicates it was released on '80s Cheesecake'. It did indeed appear as "Eats" on the 2002 re-issue of 80's Cheesecake.

* Track G5 is an edit of the version released as "Hair" on the 2002 re-issue of 80's Cheesecake.

* Tracks H1 and H3 are from the 2002 re-issue of Blubberknife.

* Tracks H2 and H4 are from the original 1982 release of Blubberknife.

* Tracks I2, I3, I5 are from the 2004 re-issue of City Slab Horror. I5 appears there as "Cracking on Rough".

* The parenthetical "(Twelve Inch)" in the title for I6 implies that there is another version besides this one (originally released on Gashing The Old Mae West, but this is in fact the same version that has appeared on several other releases.

* Tracks J1 and J5 were first released on the 1995 DAT-only re-issue of 'Stretcher' (Sevcom). J1 appears there as "Healing en Masse".

* Track J2 is from the compilation Dry Lungs II.

The mastering engineer "SST (8)", the mastering and cutting engineer company "SST Brüggemann GmbH" and the pressing plant "Eldorado Media" are not credited, they are identified by the matrix numbers.
